GOVERNING LAWS IN CASE OF DISPUTE

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, and more particularly, the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Disputes arising shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the Federal Courts of United States of America and/or the State Courts located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
